Milton is a small hillside city of mostly 1950s through 1980s ramblers and split-entries, with older farmhouse-era homes near the Milton Way corridor and pockets of 1990s and newer construction toward Surprise Lake.

This is our home base, so we know Milton's building department and its quirks better than anyone. The city actually straddles the King and Pierce County line, but building permits run through Milton City Hall on Milton Way, just up the street from our office. Most of our Milton work is kitchen and bath updates in mid-century ramblers, plus basement finishes and additions for families who want to stay put rather than move.
