What does an interior renovation cost?
Single-floor renovations commonly run $75,000 to $200,000, and whole-interior transformations with kitchens and baths range from $200,000 to $500,000+ depending on scope and finishes. We fix the price from an approved design, with financing assistance available.
Can you tell which of my walls are load-bearing?
Yes — assessing structure is the first step of every open-concept design. Load-bearing walls can nearly always be removed with properly engineered beams and posts; we handle the engineering, permits, and execution as one package.
Will renovating the interior disturb asbestos or old wiring?
Homes of certain eras can contain both, and we plan for it: appropriate testing before demolition, licensed abatement when needed, and electrical upgrades folded into the project. Surprises are managed by process, not improvisation.
Is it worth renovating instead of moving?
If your location, lot, and structure are good, renovation usually wins — you invest in the home you keep rather than paying transaction costs and today's prices for someone else's compromises. We will give you an honest read on your specific house.
How disruptive is interior renovation?
