The family
After years of a dark, dated bathroom, the Nguyens asked for exactly one thing: light.
We opened the room to the trees with a big black-framed window behind the freestanding tub, kept everything soft and pale — white oak, warm limestone, brushed brass — and let a single olive tree do the decorating.
A bright, calm retreat: natural materials and timeless finishes, everyday luxury that never tries too hard.
The transformation
Before & after
Where the Nguyens started, and where they ended up.

The design
Every finish chosen before a single tile was ordered.
We render the room in photorealistic 3D and build the material palette first, so the Nguyens approved the finished bathroom before demolition started.

The build
Built by our own crews.
The same people from the first sketch to the final walkthrough — no subcontracted mystery, no handoffs where the design gets lost.
